Terms of service
These terms cover your use of Tindra as a host, and your guests' use of your event page.
The service
Tindra provides a QR-based photo collection page for a single event, including the design studio, guest uploads, the gallery and the download tools.
Price and payment
One flat price per event, VAT included. Optional gallery extensions are the only add-on. Payment is taken at activation.
Refunds
You may cancel for a full refund at any time before your event date. After the event date the service has been delivered. Printed cards, invitations and photo books are made to order and can't be refunded once they have gone to print.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for the content uploaded to your event. Illegal content, harassment and material you have no right to share are not allowed and may be removed.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee it. If we fail to deliver the service for your event, you get your money back.
Deletion
All event media is deleted 30 days after the event date. It is your responsibility to download your files before then.
Custom-made products
A printed photo book is made to your order. Once you have confirmed and paid, it cannot be changed, cancelled or returned — the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made goods. If a book arrives damaged or misprinted, we replace it.
